On July 29, 2013, “the entrepreneurship training session” for “the rehabilitation personnel” opened officially in the prison education center of Chuanbei Prison, Sichuan province. The leaders from the relevant municipal departments and the prison education reform department attended the opening ceremony, which was chaired by Lai Hong, executive director of the company and entrepreneurial guidance tutor.

The mentor, Lai Hong, firstly introduced specific circumstances of the entrepreneurship training session for the "rehabilitation personnel”. He said: “the enterprise tutors from all walks of life are very concern about the entrepreneurship of the rehabilitation personnel who have returned to society. Under the joint efforts of the City Federation of Trade Unions and Entrepreneurship Support Office, the prison has selected 30 outstanding representatives to attend the 10-day entrepreneurship training courses. And this is further to let everybody learn business knowledge systematically so as to lay a good foundation for starting a business successfully when returning to society in the future.” "Director Pu and Director Chen made speeches on behalf of the municipal departments respectively, in which they both expressed .warm congratulations to the students of the training session and explained in details the entrepreneurial support measures and application process. The two directors hoped that the students should actively discuss with their mentors in the following 10-day training session, learn the basic skills of good management of small businesses and related laws and regulations as well as policies, and learn the methods of making market research and enterprise accounting, and developing the business plan, etc. to carefully plan their own start-ups. Entrepreneurship Support Office, Mianyang will integrate social resources to help them with successful entrepreneurship.

On August 9, 2013, after 10 days of intense study, the Report-back Meeting of the Entrepreneurship Training Session was held in the education center of Chuanbei Prison. The closing ceremony attended vice chairman of the City Entrepreneurship Promotion Association, vice chairman of the City Federation of Trade Unions, the deputy head of the City Employment Agency, vice chairman and secretary-general of the City Entrepreneurship Promotion Association, the director of Entrepreneurship Support Office, Mianyang, the mentor Lai Hong, and officials from the Entrepreneurship Support Office Project. In the meeting, 8 students such as Shi Jianming, Feng Tianjun, Wang Wei, etc. gave the replies to entrepreneurship questions, in the process of which, the students were heated with passion, giving a detailed account of the knowledge they had learned through 10 days of training and their business plans in the future, with mentors answering the questions raised by each student. The atmosphere was very moving when each student stood up and bowed deeply to the mentors present, and the mentors bowed to each student in return. The students in the training session were very grateful to the mentors for their industrious work. When it came to the fact that the tutors took the sun and came to prison for their teaching, some students shed tears. Having heard heartfelt words from the students, all leaders and mentors gave passionate speeches. The deputy of the City Employment Agency presented them with “Love, Filial Piety, Child-like Innocence” and encouraged the rehabilitation personnel returning to the society soon to integrate into the society, get a job to make a living, seek opportunities to start a business, and start a new life with the help from all walks of life. The director of the Entrepreneurship Office presented the students with “Kindness, Virtue, Blessing, Happiness” to encourage them to feel grateful to the society, to have morals and to pursue a happy life through labor.
After the report-back meeting, the mentors issued the entrepreneurship training certificate to each of the rehabilitation personnel who attended the training session and graduated from it.
