Full digitalization and IP-based: The system uses the key technology for IP soft switch and DSP digital processing, etc. It is designed according to the various standard communication protocols such as SIP, HTTP, SNMP, and it is integrated with mobile switch, base station controller, composite communication and dispatch, etc. constituting a unique digital trunking communication system of the entire IP soft switch.

TDMA digital trunking of the regional system: The system lives up to the standard of the PDT digital trunking communication system and uses 12.5 kHz TDMA double time slot, achieving high frequency utilization rate (4 times that of analog trunking) and high quality digital voice and high level secure communication, with regional coverage, large user capacity, fast connection, and a variety of rich and practical voice and data functions.

High integration and compact structure: It has 2 channel systems of the single carrier frequency with the overall height being only 4U (approximately 18 cm) and power consumption about 200 w, and 4 channel systems of the second carrier frequency with the overall height being 8U (approx. 36 cm) and power consumption about 350 w. The system takes into full consideration its dissipation and vibration resistance to suit the requirement of loading/portability. It shares one antenna feeder customized and its installation is simple.

Digital/analog compatibility: With ADT - 1000 system being able to provide base stations for the digital to analog dual-mode, it not only can be available for the PDT digital trunking radio network communication, but also can be compatible with the existing analog trunking walkie-talkies so as to realize the intercommunication of digital/analog walkie-talkies and to protect users’ past investment to the greatest extent.

System networking: The system supports the networking of the IP mode and gets access to the ground fixed trunking network switch and control center through the IP link provided by satellite or 3 G, realizing networking, enlarging the coverage of the wireless signal, and providing automatic roaming communications of mobile stations.

Integrated composite dispatch: The system switch and control center also integrates a variety of wired and wireless interfaces, making available the access to ultrashort wave, shortwave radio, cable phone, GSM / 3 G mobile public network, satellite telephone and so on, and having the function as vehicle-mounted comprehensive communication dispatcher station to realize users’ interconnection and internetworking in the wired/wireless access network.
