In recent 10 years, ACTEC has spent more than one hundred million yuan in the product technology research and development, with over 150 excellent technical personnel in the fields of communication, software, hardware, radio frequency, soft switch, industrial design, technical support, etc., among whom, people with master degree or above account for over 30%, and people with bachelor or above 80%. ACTEC’s key member of the core research and development has won the 2nd prize for the national science and technology progress, the 1st prize for the Army's science and technology progress, and the 2nd prize for the Ministry of Public Security science and technology progress, and the 1st prize for the science and technology progress of Anhui Province. He is also the main drafter of the digital trunking communication standard for the industries such as Army, Public Security, etc.
