. Strong system graceful degradation and anti-damage capability
In order to improve the system reliability, the system is designed for hierarchical and distributed control, with the main controller checking the status of each module regularly, and with faults of any unit only affecting part of the work.
﹣If a networking link fails, networking base stations can work independently;
﹣If a signaling channel fails, a voice channel can take its place automatically.
﹣If a control module of the voice channel is damaged, the channel is closed and no business is distributed.
. Strengthened management of the monitoring function
In order to guarantee the normal use of the public security wireless communication, the system should have strong management and monitoring functions. In the daily maintenance and management work, the management and monitoring terminal can display visually and completely the real-time operation and call-up activities of the whole network, relevant information between base stations, and detailed real-time operation parameters of the control center, the base station and the channel machine, etc. while doing the real-time modification to the user’s parameters, in order to facilitate the user’s management and maintenance.

1. Network Switch Control Center
NSCC, the core of the intelligent trunking simulcasting communication system of multi-base station networking and operated by a high-grade server and private control device, is the hub of the signaling and voice in the whole network system, performing such functions as network system control and switch, the centralized management and maintenance of network, with its reliability and stability being the key to the networking system.

2. Trunking Communication Base Station System
TCBSS is composed of base station control units, channel control units, channel machines and antenna feed system.

. Channel control unit
﹣Channel control unit is in modular construction design, built in the same rack along with channel machines;
﹣In channel control unit are used the embedded CPU and the real-time software operation system, fast speed and high reliability;
﹣Channel control unit provides signaling and voice codec processing, and controls the sending and receiving of the radio signal by the channel machine;
﹣Any channel control unit within the base station can fulfill the function as data recording management of the whole base station and they operate under unified control and management of the control unit in the base station.
